I have met some of the most amazing people on my journey since I became part of The Wellness Universe. It was created by Anna Periera and Shari Alyse for people like us who are trying to make a difference in the world. We are very limited to our out reach on face book, so with The Wellness Universe we are able to accomplish what we are striving for, we are getting to spread the joy and help out to those who need to be inspired, motivated, who need to know they aren’t alone in what ever it is that their going through. You have what it takes…

You have what it takes to make it through… Your soul is meant to be free to love and be happy. You were born with all the knowledge built inside of you to know what you have to do to make it through all the tough and difficult times in your life, our life’s journey isn’t going to be easy. I believe we go through what we do, to help others who forgot and became lost and wondered off their trail. You are built to overcome heartaches, loss, and trauma. It is you, that has to remember we are souls inside of this protective shell of a body. Take a deep breath, now do it again. Did you feel it ? That is your soul reminding you it’s ok, your ok and you will make it through because you are a survivor and you are thriving. Remember who you are. If you feel like you have to cry than do it, by all means let it out. You have to let emotions move through you to feel the life your given. A lot of people forget that, and they hold everything in till it makes them so sick they don’t want to move because they are so bogged down with it all and become depressed and they start to shut down. When they do get up, their hearts are heavy and they become hardened and go on through their day’s with no compassion for life or for other lives around them until they, or someone comes along and makes a change in their lives or just something finally snaps. It may just be a smile or, a kind act or, a good deed to remind that soul were only in this life for a short while. We are all on a journey, we need to find out who we are, what we want in life, and to be honest with ourselves and to those around us. If we need help ask for it, there is no shame, because we know if someone asked us for help we would help. What makes you feel the way you do? Is it pride, or shame? It’s time to let go of all the pain, the hurt, and all the negativity that we hold on to and live. We all deserve to be happy, we all make mistakes in life, all kind’s of them. Take this poster for example, there is a misprint to make you remember were not perfect. Now it’s time to let them go and make amends where needed, and just let go and take a deep breath knowing we did the best we knew how, and not hold grudges against those who made mistakes against us. We are souls stuck inside of human bodies born of sin, but are on our journeys to better ourselves, to love, laugh, and play. We are here to help each other, love each other, to be understanding to others. We are emotional beings, empathy will come when you finally wake up and your soul is at peace and you are grateful to just be alive. Much love and many blessings from my heart to yours.

Everyday is mothers day …

Time to get out of the cocoon, spread your wings wide and let the love you have give flight around the world. No matter how I have been feeling lately, full of anxiety, fear, and sadness I still have this feeling of great love inside of me. I have been out of work for awhile now because of a medical thing, and because of the restriction’s the Dr. has me on my job will not allow me to work. My two children have been helping me with what they can. this is a a terrible feeling for me, I’m the one who is supposed to take care of everything, taking care of them not the other way around. We may be broke, But I feel very rich. Nothing that money can buy, but with the love of family the joy they bring me. I have been very blessed, and so grateful for my kid’s … everyday with them is mothers day for me…
